Abstract: From page 27: "More or fewer things may be owned in common, the rules of common ownership may take new shapes, and world opinion may tilt toward or away from common property. But common property arrangements are highly likely to survive and I would suggest even flourish as they are transformed in directions that increase their effectiveness and efficacy in the 21st Century."
