Abstract:	"This study assesses the impact of social mobilization for participatory irrigation management as perceived by farmers of selected water user organizations in the Sindh province of Pakistan. The study looks at the development and constraints of the farmer organizations' functional capacity, particularly in regard to equity, reliability, empowerment, participation, intra-organizational activities and inter-organizational relations."
