Abstract:	"The struggle to preserve public access to the beach is spreading across the nation from California to Connecticut and from Florida to the Great Lakes and Washington State. California’s beaches belong to all the people. In this Article, we examine the social, policy, legal, and environmental facets of the struggle to ensure public access, coastal protection, and equal justice for all along the California Coast."
