Abstract:	"The report summarizes the work done on the EADLC pilot project during that period of time. As I began my work, I realized that at this stage of the project, it was not appropriate to work on a regional digital library, but rather to work site specifically until the infrastructure is established to work at a regional level. As a result, you will find that I have kept the inventories, the pilot digital libraries, and my work reports separated by CRC. Since this is the way I have complete my work, I decided to keep this same structure for this final report. Therefore, you will find that most of my comments are divided by CRC."
