Abstract:	"In the globalization era, the subject of the human rights supported by the democratic political forces social organizations, national and international public institutions, public institutions and by involved groups anywhere in the world, has received every time greater importance in the scope of local, regional, national and world-wide social relations. The exposition of the human rights arisen mainly from the libertarians’ fights of the world are framed in social, economic, political and cultural context of which the dominant groups of the western society and their imbalances and contradictions accept yet.
