dc.description.abstract"There are nation wide and global wide solutions for diseases such as epidemic diseases. There are vaccines available to save the society and provide healthy living. Imagine a childhood disease that affects 76% of boys and 70% of girls in India before 20 years of age. (Mary, Saghaya, 2008) a disease that can cause dramatic mood swings, erratic behavior, psychosis, neurosis, conduct disorders, mal adjusted behaviours, sexual deviations, sexually transmitted disease, prone to substance abuse, suicidal behavior (Crowell & Burgess, 1996) a disease that replicates itself to future generations with debilitating effects, etc. which is kept under the carpet, and even when exposed, it is silenced by the family and society."en_US
