Abstract

This book is the fruit of a collective and profoundly meaningful process that arose from the heart of the Lafkenche Mapuche territory. Its content gathers the voices of ancestral authorities—Longko, Ngenpin, Machi, Lawentuchefe—and leaders from the 18 Lof and 21 communities that comprise the Kom Pu Lof Self-Convened Territorial Council, who generously shared their knowledge, experiences, and wisdom in numerous meetings and discussions.
