dc.description.abstract"The ideas and theories of Elinor Ostrom, one of the world's leading economic scholars studying the way people in communities cooperate (or don't), have inspired their own collective action hub. It includes students and scholars of many disciplines as well as people actively involved in managing community water use, organizing fishing industries, delivering urban services, and operating cooperatives. This 'hub' is known as the Workshop in Political Theory and Policy Analysis, and is located at Indiana University in Bloomington."en_US
