"This paper summarizes an impact evaluation study conducted on the nearshore fisheries component of CVRP-I in 1992. It draws from earlier studies on CVRP, primary data-gathering activities conducted by PIDS in 1992, and parallel evaluation studies on the project conducted by other groups in 1992."
