Abstract

"The purpose of this bibliography is to show the amount of work undertaken, the widening research agenda as reflected by the presented themes and issues, and the different stages of law development determined by social, economic, and cultural conditions and requirements in different countries and regions of the world. A second purpose is to stimulate further activities, and to facilitate comparative studies which so far are still scarce. The bibliography is an invitation to colleagues in research, academic teaching or in an executive position to join this group, if they feel that they have common interests. The invitation refers to representatives of different disciplines in forestry, law and other fields. The variety of interests and approaches is, in fact, already now a significant aspect of the group and an important reason for its success."
