dc.description.abstract "I argue in this paper that increased financialization and more broadly the integration of the forest and pasture commons in a cash economy has distanced the commoners from their forests and pastures, to the point that the value of the commons can be reduced to an exchangeable stock that can be alienated anytime. Implicitly, other kinds of values cease to hold meaning." en_US
