Abstract:	"Over a four-month period, from April to July 2007, the Uruguayan industrial fishing industry was paralyzed by a labour dispute. This followed the breakdown, on 30 April 2007, of the agreement between the National Syndicate of Seafarers (SUNTMA) and the Organization of Uruguayan Vessel Owners (CAPU)."
