dc.description.abstract From Introduction: "In the following, we consider the impact of inequality in wealth or income abstracting from other forms of inequality that might possibly accompany it. Attention is deliberately focused on two central issues mentioned above, that is, the necessity to distinguish between various models of the commons on the one hand, and between voluntary contributions and participation in a regulatory structure, on the other hand. These two issues will be examined successively in sections 2 and 3. A short conclusion will close the paper." en_US
