dc.description.abstract "We start our short review article by citing the words written by Wallace Oates, one of the most prominent authors in the fiscal federalism field. He indicates that decentralization, in its various forms, became an all-pervasive phenomenon, like a globalization. After all, a strong connection between globalization and localization has been repeatedly elaborated in many studies. It has been considering that such a connection is the consenquence of the failure of national government to provide an efficient way for provision of public goods and services." en_US
