Abstract:	"I report the results from a series of experiments designed to investigate behavior in private property and common property institutional settings. The experiments closely parallel previous studies of the trust game and were conducted with participants drawn from non-student populations in Bulgaria in the Fall of 2007. I find that levels of trust are diminished by common property institutions among those less than 33 years old but not among older subjects."
