dc.description.abstract "In this presentation we consider an original institutional solution proposed by E. Brousseau, for a hierarchical framing of the self-regulation of the Internet, which tries to encounter the incompleteness of solely technical means of self-regulation (standardisation or juridical self-rule) as well as the inefficiency of co-regulation in a classical sense. We evaluate this type of solution, form the point of view of it's contribution to a process of ethical learning, taking into account the contextual conditions of access to a more reflexive self-regulation of the Internet. "In order to do so, we show that it is necessary to modify the procedural approach of reflexivity in the actual attempts to regulate the Internet, through constructing more adequately the conditions of capacitation of the cooperative moment through an incentive politics of inferential nature." en_US
